Not quite sure I’m ready…. still need to wrap some gifts, make chex mix, and bake cookies. My little one is very excited for Santa to arrive. A few packages from out of town relatives have already shown up under the tree, that he can’t wait to tear into. So in honor of a festive day of unwrapping the perfect packages with shiny bows and enticing papers…. I thought I would share a layout I created of my little one from last Christmas unwrapping a large box! I used December’s Kit from Crop Addict which I showcased earlier this month. I also included a layout I created with the same kit of Brayden’s FIRST Christmas! I loved the multitude of elements included in this kit!
If I don’t get to blogging before …. wishing you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

So as I look outside at the fluffy white stuff I was inspired to scrap some of last years fun in the snow. Not to mention Moxxie sent me their newest addition to Winter Wishes Collection! Then I checked on the this weeks challenge at SPCC and I was excited!
And with that color combo and Moxxie’s fabulous Winter Wishes Collection I created the following layout using pictures of my little one from last year’s snow.
More snow is on the way this week…. maybe it’s time to do some holiday baking!

Things are a bit crazy with the holidays looming right around the corner. Tree is up and decorated, the many boxes of holiday decorations have been sorted through and placed around the house, ingredients to bake have been bought….gifts are beginning to be checked off my “to buy” list. Soooo what time is left to scrap/craft you ask…no much. However the color scheme that SPCC posted this last week had me intrigued. Lavender Lace, Real Red and White….hmmm I would have never have thought to combine those colors. So I rummaged through my supplies and thought I could quickly create a Holdiay Card. I absolutely adore the results. The colors are very complementary to each other. The combo:
